Are you new to Cowboy Cookies? I can’t believe I have never blogged about this recipe before. These are one of my favorite versions of a homemade chocolate chip cookie. I love the sweet crunch that the Frosted Flake cereal adds to these cookies. They are a little crunchy, jam packed with oatmeal-coconut goodness, and yet so chewy and soft. Really you could add anything to this cookie dough–craisins, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped nuts, etc. The sky’s the limit with these cookies. Hope you love them 😉
