Doesn’t this cake look amazing? My nephew had a birthday last week and created this ice cream cake combination that we all couldn’t get enough of. It was heaven on a plate! We took our Ultimate Chocolate Cake recipe that I shared with you yesterday and layered that with mint chocolate chip ice cream, crushed Oreo cookies and whipping cream to top it off. What is not to love about that?! Well, okay, we did drizzle hot fudge on top. How yummy is that? The best part about this cake is it was SUPER easy to put together. And the entire cake cost under $6, where as a cake like this could cost as much as $50 at a local ice cream shop.
