With all of these amazing BAKING DEALS, I decided I wanted to come up with a dessert recipe that could use EVERYTHING on sale. It was kind of fun. I felt like I was on a cooking show. I got out the brownie mix, sugar, powdered sugar, butter, eggs, milk, peanut butter, cream cheese, peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and put my recipe inventing cap on. Really, it wasn’t too hard 😉 With all of these delicious ingredients, it of course spelled a delightful rendition of a brownie. I decided to switch things up a little and make a layered brownie with a rich, peanut butter chocolate brownie, a smooth peanut butter cream cheese layer and top it off with a chocolate buttercream frosting. Not sure you can go wrong with this amount of sugar and goodness, but I gave it a whirl. The results were amazing!! Even though I feel like I have eaten more sugar in this past week than I have all year, it didn’t stop me from eating several pieces of this brownie last night.
