Marinated Steak with Chimchurri
On a busy summer night I have a few dinner recipes I know I can throw together without a lot of fuss. Although this Marinated Steak with Cilantro Chimichurri sounds fancy, it’s actually very simple to make and ingredients can be substituted easily for others on hand. Throw it together in the morning and forget about it until dinner time as it only takes 10 minutes to cook.  If you don’t feel like making side dishes this recipe is delicious as street tacos with white corn tortillas and some sour cream.
