Apples and other fruits are always on sale in the fall for their lowest prices. It’s a great time to serve this Pumpkin Cheesecake fruit dip with all of the fruit in season, and have a delicious snack, dessert or after school snack for your family. This dip is so good it could almost be considered dessert 😉
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 Tbs. cinnamon
- 1 Tbs. pumpkin pie spice
- 2-3 apples sliced
- 2-3 bananas sliced
- Gingersnap cookies
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the cream cheese. With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar to the mixture and continue to beat until smooth again. Add the canned pumpkin to the mixture and beat until incorporated. Stir in the spices. Mix until smooth and well blended. Place in a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve. Serve with sliced apples, sliced bananas.
Notes
HEALTHIER OPTION: Use lowfat or fat free cream cheese.
