I am sure each of you are running around crazy trying to finalize last minute Thanksgiving plans, like I am. However, I would like to share one last recipe with you that would be great with any of your holiday breakfast plans or served as a snack or dessert. These muffins are over the top because of the chocolate nut crunch topping. They turn these pumpkin muffins into something special. I added some wheat flour to these muffins to help add a little more nutrients, so I wouldn’t feel so guilty feeding these to my kids (and eating so many myself!).
