It’s spring time and it’s the first week this year we’ve seen strawberries go on sale for some great prices. It was the perfect week to make these Strawberry mango Angel Food Cake Parfaits. Berries are my all time favorite fruit, so this is a happy day for me! At Smith’s this week they have their mangos for $0.89 each and a pound of strawberries for $1.67. Between those fruits and their angel food cake being on a digital coupon for $2.47, this dessert was not only inexpensive, but it was amazing!
