STEAK MARINADE
1cuppineapple juice
3Tbls.lime juice
1/2cupsoy sauce
3garlic clovesminced
TOPPINGS
Flour or corn tortillas
Pico de gallo
Avocados or guacamole
Instructions
Rub 2/3 of the dry rub on to both sides of each steak. Place the steak into a ziploc bag or a tupperware. Pour on top of the steaks the pineapple juice, lime juice, soy sauce and garlic cloves. Let the steak marinate for several hours. When ready to grill the steak, remove the steak from the marinade and then rub the remaining 1/3 of the rub onto the tops of each steak. Grill to your desired done-ness and then remove from the grill. Let the steak rest for a few minutes and then slice into thin strips. Serve the steak in a flour or corn tortilla and top with avocados, and pico de gallo.
