Instructions
Bruschetta: Dice the tomatoes into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the balsamic, oilve oil, fresh basil, garlic and salt & pepper. Set aside until burgers are done.
Burger: Combine the turkey burger ingredients into the ground turkey and mix thoroughly. Once the turkey is mixed, form the meat into 6-8 large patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Spray or oil an outdoor grill and heat to a medium-high temperature. Place the patties on the grill and cook on both sides until the turkey is browned and no longer pink in the center (don't over cook or the turkey will be dry)--a little charring will give the burger good flavor. Place a slice of pepperjack cheese on top of each burger right before serving, and let melt slightly. Serve the patties on the buns with the bruschetta on top and a generous helping of the avocado mayo on each side of the bun.
Avocado Spread: In a bowl, mash the peeled and pitted avocados. Add the mayonnaise and seasonings to taste.
