In a large soup pot, saute the bacon until crispy and golden brown. Remove the bacon from the pot and set aside. Remove the excess grease, but keep about a tablespoon of the grease in the pot to saute the onions. Add the onions to the pot and saute until tender. Then add the ground beef and brown until the hamburger is cooked through. Remove the hamburger and onions and set aside. Dice the celery, carrots and potatoes. Add the extra olive oil to pan and add the celery, carrots and saute until they are tender. Add the potatoes, minced garlic and flour. Saute the vegetables and flour for 1-2 minutes on medium low heat. Add the chicken broth, milk, worcestershire sauce, and spices. Bring the soup to a low simmer until the soup thickens. Add the hamburger and onion mixture back to the pot and cook until ready to serve. Serve with the crumbled bacon and serve.
