2cupshredded or grilled chicken breastscut into bite sized pieces
1/2lb.baconfried until crisp & crumbled
1/4cupred bell pepperfinely chopped
2green onionssliced
1/3cupbbq sauce
1/2cupshredded cheddar cheese
1bunch cilantro
6flour tortillaswarmed
Instructions
Cook chicken (in crock pot, over the stove or in a saute pan). Once the chicken is cooked, shred or cube into bite sized pieces. Place the chicken in a mixing bowl and add the cooked bacon, bell pepper, onions, ranch, bbq sauce and cheese. Combine all together and place a portion of the meat into each tortilla. Top with cilantro, roll up, then slice in half before serving.
