In a mixing bowl and with an electric mixer, blend together the bananas, melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla, sour cream and milk and continue to mix until smooth. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until batter is smooth.
Heat a waffle iron, spray with cooking spray and pour a 1/4 cup of the batter into the waffle maker. Cook until brown and slightly crispy. These waffles will be soft. Serve with syrup, fresh bananas and whipped cream.
