Heat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Prepare the chicken by removing any excess fat from the chicken breasts. Season the chicken with Montreal Steal Seasoning. Grill the chicken on the outdoor grill until cooked through and grill lines are present. Remove the cooked chicken from the grill set aside.
For the soup, dice the onion. Heat a large soup pot to medium-high heat. Drizzle the olive oil in the bottom of the pot. Add the onions and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add all of the seasonings to the onions and saute until aromatic. Add the salsa, chicken broth, diced tomatoes and continue to simmer. Add the canned beans, canned corn and dice the chicken into bite sized pieces and add to the soup. Turn the soup to low and let simmer until ready to serve.
Serve the soup with the shredded cheese, sour cream, lime wedges, chopped cilantro, tortilla chips, etc.
