Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat a grill to medium-high heat and place the steaks on the hot grill. Grill on both sides until the center of the steaks are cooked to your liking. While the steaks are cooking, put all of the butter ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and the parsley and garlic have been broken down. When steaks are nearly done on the grill, spread a thin layer of parmesan butter on top of the steak. Remove from the grill and place on a plate to rest. When ready to serve, place another dallop of butter on top of the steak to enjoy while eating.
