1loaf ItalianRosemary Bread or French Bread, sliced
2-3garden tomatoessliced
1cupspinach leaves
Salt & pepper
10slicespepperjack cheese
10slicesSwiss or Provolone cheese
1cupranch dressing
2-3Tbls.jalapenospickled are best but fresh will do too, chopped

Instructions
Butter one side of each sliced piece of bread. Slice the tomatoes. Mix in a bowl the ranch dressing and chopped jalapeno peppers. Spread a generous portion of the jalapeno ranch on one side of each piece of bread. Place two slices of each type of cheese on each side of the bread (4 slices of cheese total--depending how large the piece of bread is). Slice the tomatoes and put a layer of sliced tomatoes on the sandwich. Place a layer of spinach on the sandwich. Spread butter on each outer piece of the bread and place on a hot panini grill or pan. Cook on medium heat until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
