Mix the sausage, onion, garlic and cabbage in a bowl. Place a tiny bit of filling in each wonton wrap. Dip your finger in a bowl of water and rub the edges of the wonton wrap. The water helps to seal the wrap so it doesn't let the filling come out while you fry them. From this point you'll want to refer to the back of the wonton package for instructions on folding. It just takes a little practice. I promise you that even if they look ugly, your potstickers will taste delightful. Fry the wontons in oil that has been brought to 350 degrees until they are fully cooked inside. You might need to check the first couple wontons to make sure the sausage is completely cooked. Dip in the potsticker sauce.
