1/8tsp.cayenne pepper or more if you like more spice
1/4-1/3cupsugar
2Tbs.soy sauce
Instructions
Cook the chicken as desired (grilled, baked, rotisserie chicken, freeze dried that has been hydrated, etc.). Once the chicken is cooked or hydrated, dice the chicken into bite sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Rinse the lettuce and then slice into thin strips and place in a salad bowl. Dice the bell pepper and slice the onion and place on the salad. Add the diced chicken to the salad and top with the candied pecans and feta cheese.
For the dressing, blend all of the ingredients together with a blender or hand wand until smooth. Serve dressing over salad.
