In a bowl mix together the sour cream and mayonnaise.
Rinse a hot house cucumber and cut off the ends. Cut the cucumber down the center and then slice each long piece into long pieces. Dice into super fine, small pieces. Add the cucumber to the mayo/sour cream.
Add the crumbled feta, seasonings, zest, lemon juice. Mix together.
Drizzle the top of the dip with a little olive oil and fresh parsley or dill for garnish.
Serve the dip cold with your favorite vegetables, pita bread or crackers.
