Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente. Toss with oil and spoon into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Slice the link sausage into 1/4 inch thick slices.
Cook ground beef and sausage with the onion and garlic in a skillet until no longer pink, usually 5 to 6 minutes. Add the sliced sausage to the mixture and continue to cook until golden brown. Drain excess grease and return to skillet.
Add spaghetti sauce, beef bouillon paste and tomato paste to the meat mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper and Italian seasoning.
Top the noodles in the pan with the beef mixture.
Sprinkle with the parmesan and mozzarella.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Garnish with parsley, basil or green onions
