Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Shape the refrigerator dough into a round circle with the center portion staying open and place on the cookie sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees until golden brown. While it’s baking for 8-10 minutes, cream together some cream cheese and ranch dressing. You can season this with extra garlic powder, garlic and salt if desired. When the bread is finished cooking, remove from the oven and spread with the cream cheese mixture once it's cooked for a few minutes.
Chop the vegetables (and ham) and put on top of the bread and cream cheese mixture. Cut a red bell pepper to look like a bow and decorate. Cut into slices and serve when ready.
