1cupmayonnaisecan use light or fat free mayo
1/4cupDijon mustard
1/4-1/3cuphoneydepending how sweet you like it
1/3cuplime juice
Dash of salt to taste
8-10slicesof wheat bread
1-2cupssliced or shredded cheese
1lb.baconcooked and crumbled
Tomatoessliced
Lettuce pieces

Instructions
Mix together the dressing to your taste. If you don't have leftover Honey Chipotle dressing, just add a chipotle pepper or two to some mayonnaise. Add a little lime juice and salt & pepper. Spread both sides of the bread with some chipotle spread. Heat a flat griddle to medium heat. Place a little pat of butter on the griddle and let melt. Place one of the pieces of bread on the griddle. Top with some cheese and the bacon. Put another piece of bread on top and then cook until the cheese is melted. Cook the other side of the sandwich until golden. Remove sandwich from the griddle and place a few slices of tomato and lettuce. Serve warm.
