In a bowl, add the cream cheese. With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar to the mixture and continue to beat until smooth again. Add the canned pumpkin to the mixture and beat until incorporated. Stir in the spices. Mix until smooth and well blended. Place in a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve. Serve with sliced apples, sliced bananas.
