Dice the onion and peppers into small pieces. In a saute pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Once the bacon is crispy, remove from the pan and drizzle the bacon fat into the bottom of the crock pot. Crumble the bacon. Add the diced onions and pepper to the bacon fat. Pour the rest of the ingredients into the crock pot. Stir until combined. Cover; cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or high heat 3-4 hours, or until cooked through and hot. Serve warm.
