In a large bowl or mixer, add the hot water and yeast together. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes or until dissolved. Mix in the olive oil, flour, salt, sugar, and Italian seasoning. Knead in mixer or by hand for 8-10 minutes, or until dough is smooth. Let dough rest on counter for 30 min. to 1 hour. To make the pizzas, cut the dough in half. On a lightly greased counter, roll out the dough ball into a large thin circle (about 10-12 inches round). Try to make the outer rim of the pizza a little more thick, this will be the crust. Transfer pizza dough to a lightly greased pan or stone that has been covered with a thin layer of cornmeal. Top pizza with toppings and bake at 400 until pizza is cooked and cheese is golden brown.
