[buymeapie-recipe id=’408′]My friend Amber brought these Almond Cranberry Cheesecake Bars to me when I had just had our baby Blake, over 3 years ago. You know a dessert is good when after several years you still think about it and crave it. These cheesecake bites have been on our holiday menu every year since she introduced me to this recipe. They are simple to make, use up the cranberry in your food storage and have all the flavors you are wanting in a holiday treat. These are great to make ahead of time and keep in your fridge for an upcoming party. They slice up really pretty and are all around a fabulous, festive treat. Enjoy 😉
