Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope your day was as sweet as these Strawberry Lemonade Cookies. Hope you know how much I love and appreciate each of you and your support of Deals to Meals.
The best part about this recipe is the frosting is made with freeze dried strawberries from my new favorite company, Thrive Life.
Making a frosting with fresh fruit leaves your frosting wet and sloppy. These freeze dried strawberries were just the perfect touch of flavor and texture to these cookies! @thrivelifellc is having a Flash Sale for Valentine’s Day and it’s the perfect time to give their products a try. You know me and know I only buy things on sale. Right now they have their blackberries and raspberries on sale (among other items). They are delicious to eat plain or add to your favorite frosting recipe.
