- 1 premade graham cracker crust
- 1 8 oz. Tub Cool Whip
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 8 oz. fresh blackberries
- In a medium mixing bowl, and with an electric mixer, cream the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add in the sugar. Add vanilla, lemon zest and whip until fluffy. Fold in cool whip. Pour into crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm. Top with fresh strawberries and blackberries (or your favorite toppings of choice).
