Can I just send a huge shout-out to my friend Ellen from My Nova Vita? She is posting some of the most delicious and healthy recipes, even I am tempted to be vegan–ha! I might not be to that level, but I have loved trying Ellen’s healthy (and mostly vegan) recipes from her Instagram. If you’re not following her yet, head over and send her some love. You will LOVE the recipes she is posting and sharing. Also, check back every Tuesday to enjoy some of her amazing creations here at Deals to Meals.
Today I wanted to highlight six of her favorite Smoothie Bowl recipes. If you are new to Instagram, you may have missed that the entire food blog world and social media has BLOWN UP with these smoothie bowls. There isn’t much different about them, other than you eat them with a spoon instead of drink them with a straw. However, the wide open bowl gives you lots of room to play around with toppings and special additions which can be SUPER fun–for you and for your kids. Check out her favorite recipes and don’t forget to head over to her Instagram and start following her. Thanks Ellen for these super fun recipes!
