What’s not a better meal to serve on a busy night than pancakes? Our go-to meal when I am not wanting to make a ‘real’ dinner is pancakes. Now, we have on this blog many amazing pancake recipes, if I do say so myself 😉 In fact, I dare say we have some of the best pancake recipes on the block. I love Krusteaz and all, but when I want a pancake, I want some flavor…and some butter syrup of course 😉
Let me tell you, these Peach Pancakes are pretty much pancake heaven. They are soft, spongy and smothered in this rich, buttery peach syrup. The whole combination is so fresh, light and fluffy. We made these for dinner the other night and every family member was raving about these for days. It’s been nearly a week and my kids still wake up every day and ask if I can make them again. I bought peaches today so tomorrow I can make up another batch. Deeelish! Pick up some fresh peaches and you will have a breakfast (or dinner) you will never forget!
