The other night my sister brought over a spinach salad that had such a delicious dressing I had to share it with you. If you still have spinach and lettuce coming out of your ears from your garden, this dressing is a delicious poppyseed dressing that is different than the old standard creamy one. The paprika and worcestershire sauce in this dressing is what makes it have a unique flavor that goes perfectly with any type of spinach or lettuce salad. Tonight for dinner I just threw together a spinach salad with feta and candied walnuts. Nothing fancy but with this dressing it was even better than the main dish–even the kids thought so 😉
