I love pizza. Sometimes I feel like I never grew out of my child-like cravings for such a simple and basic food. I have to admit I am not picky when it comes to pizza. Give me a $5 Little Caesar’s pizza any day of the week! Well, the other weekend I was trying to be a little healthier and decided to make a dish that would give me the flavor of pizza without all the carbs and fat. I was thrilled when the outcome was a fresh, flavorful salad that tasted just like my favorite pizza joint’s BBQ Chicken Pizza.
