At nearly every Mexican restaurant I go to I always order Carnitas Steak Tacos. There is something about the salty meat that has been marinated all day that is plain awesome! I searched everywhere online, combined several recipes and found this combination had just the flavor I was looking for. If you don’t want to slice the steak up in a taco, it is great to eat plain as well! This would be a great marinade for your upcoming 4th of July barbecues. Enjoy 🙂
Top your steak tacos with all of your favorite, fresh ingredients. We love avocados, cilantro, queso cheese, onions, etc.
