Do you ever get bored with steamed vegetables as your stand-by side dish? The other night I was about to steam some broccoli for dinner and decided I would spruce up our side dish with a little cheese and flavor. Of course, butter and cheese will always make everything taste better. This may not go along with your new year’s resolutions, but if you want to add a little pizazz to your broccoli, this is definitely on my new side dish rotation. The other great thing about this recipe is it uses Magic Mix which uses up the powdered milk in your food storage. I love having Magic Mix in my fridge to whip together alfredo sauce, cream soups, puddings and MUCH more.
