My friend Ellen is the master of using fresh, healthy ingredients to make masterpieces in her kitchen. Sometimes you don’t have to use exotic ingredients to make your recipe feel special. Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup instant oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp swerve you can omit if you don't have it
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- Heat almond milk until steaming, mix in oats, chia, swerve, flax & swerve. Stir for 3 minutes over medium high heat. Turn off heat, cover with lid and let set for 10 minutes. Stir in vanilla and maple syrup and top with fresh fruit & toppings of your choice
