My children are not typical kids by any means,  every morning before school I have to struggle to get them to eat anything a “normal” kid would eat.  They hate cold cereal and truly expect me to whip up something gourmet in a matter of minutes.  One thing that they love to eat are these Pear and Goat Cheese Pitas.  It may sound strange as a breakfast food but I decided it beats having to make crepe batter or gourmet pancakes every morning to appease the picky palates of my children.  Its not really a recipe per-say, but more of a combination of foods that throw together quickly and easily in a morning rush and offer a decent amount of nutrition.  Not the type of thing I would normally post, but because I make them so often I thought I would take a picture:)  I often serve these cut into cute triangles and serve them as an appetizer because they come together so fast.

My sweet 18 month old toddler Izzy could not wait for me to finish taking the picture and decided it was time to take matters into her own chubby little hands:)
