Ultimate Taco Salad with Creamy Cilantro Dressing

For those of you who have followed our blog for awhile know that I love to make my own seasoning mixes. Not only does it save lots of money throughout the year from having to buy expensive seasoning mixes, but they taste a whole lot better! Store bought taco seasoning is okay, but wait until you have tried our homemade taco seasoning. It will take your tacos to a whole new level of yumminess!! Whenever I make tacos I always make extra meat so that I can make Taco Salads for dinner later in the week. Yes I love fancy, frilly, girly salads with gorgonzola and other fancy ingredients. But I have to say, a good old’ hearty taco salad is something I crave on a regular basis! Spicy, flavorful ground beef, cheese, avocados, tomatoes, crunchy tortilla chips, lettuce, black beans..all topped with a creamy dressing. Plain delightful!!
