Ingredients

  • 6 cups egular oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbs. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit of choice

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl and pour into a sprayed 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until the center is set. Serve warm with milk, berries or bananas. This is a great recipe to use the powdered milk in your food storage. Simply mix the water with the wet ingredients and the dry, powdered milk with the dry ingredients and mix as normal.
