Have any of you given Cloud Bread a try? It is kind of a big deal on Pintrest and in the Gluten-Free world. I have yet to try it, but our friend Ellen Johnson from MyNovaVita has perfected this recipe. It’s basically a super light and airy bread that is made out of simple ingredients like eggs, cream of tartar and seasonings. This Cloud Bread is a great substitute for any of your favorite breads or rolls and makes a delicious sanwich–without all the carbs and calories.
Ellen’s recipe is beautifully seasoned with fresh or dried herbs to give it a little extra flavor. Aren’t they pretty?
