If you haven’t had these Copycat Red Lobster Garlic Cheese Biscuits before, you are in for a treat! Besides the fact they come together in less than 10 minutes, they are the perfect roll to pair with any of your favorite soups or salads. They are a slightly sweet biscuit with a garlic buttery topping and plenty of melty cheese to make your mouth water for more! Give these a try next time you need a simple side dish to your favorite meal.
- 2 cups pancake mix
- ⅔ cup water
- ½ cup shredded colby cheese
- ¼ cup butter softened
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder or Garlic Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Fresh parsley chopped (or dried)
- In a bowl, mix together until smooth the pancake mix and water. Add the shredded cheese. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray. Spoon about a ¼ cup of dough onto the sheet. You should be able to fit about 12 on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes, or until golden brown. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the garlic seasoning and parsley. When the biscuits come out of the oven, brush them with the butter while they are hot and cool before serving.
