This past weekend I was browsing through my blog deciding what dessert I wanted to bake for a family party. I came upon a recipe for these Tahiti Blondies that I have not made since 2010. I remembered loving them but had forgotten I had posted about this recipe. These are not like a traditional blondie. They are special in the fact that they have pineapple inside the batter. The pineapple makes the bars so soft and moist and give them a slight tropical flavor. I love the slightly salty nuts on top with the melted chocolate chips throughout the bar. These rich, sweet bars would be great for any occasion and extra special for the upcoming Super Bowl ๐Ÿ™‚
