Salmon is one of those foods that always looks beautiful, but sadly I have never eaten it because I am allergic. My family loves fish and despite my allergies when I consume it I try to come up with yummy fish recipes so my kids can benefit from the omega 3’s and other nutrients. This recipe is simple to make and I have been told is quite delicious. I am a bit obsessed with toppings and sauces as I never feel like a meal is complete unless there is a garnish or drizzle of some sort so I made a guacamole out of some fresh mangoes and avocados to go with it. Such an easy dish to make and when served with a vegetable side dish and simple brown rice it is a complete and healthy meal!
