This is one of those recipes that seems strange until you try it, delicious! If you are looking for a different salsa recipe give this a go! Its cool and fresh with a bit of a kick. I haven’t met anyone that doesn’t like it yet! I always make this recipe with left over melons from parties or when I make a fruit platter with shaped melons and have left over scrap pieces. It also is a great topping for grilled chicken or fish! Its perfect for summer BBQ’s!
