Oatmeal Cookies with Chocolate Covered Raisins

By April 8, 2013No Comments

I am a huge fan of oatmeal raisin cookies, however, my husband thinks a cookie is only worth eating if it has chocolate in it. This weekend I found a solution to help curb both of our cravings. I made my favorite oatmeal cookie recipe and added Costco’s Chocolate Covered Raisins. Does anyone love those as much as me?? I could eat the entire container of them if I’m not careful. This week we watched Conference and we nearly did just that–they are so addicting! So, I decided I needed to get rid of the rest before I finished them off. I wondered how they would do in these cookies, and they were awesome!!! The melted chocolate and then the plump, soft raisin inside made for a buttery, mouthwatering cookie 😉 For those who don’t like raisins or chocolate, this oatmeal cookie recipe is my favorite go-to recipe that turns out every time. Enjoy!
