With all of the sweets over the holidays, I get to the point that all I crave is some healthy veggies. My friend Missy makes my favorite veggie dip I’ve ever had. There is nothing fancy about it, but it is my favorite way to make sure my kids and I get some healthy veggies in our diet. This dip would be great to serve at all of your upcoming New Year’s parties. Enjoy!

  • 16 oz. cottage cheese lowfat
  • 2 Tbs. dry Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. baby carrots
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 head broccoli chopped


  • Mix all of the dip ingredients together in a bowl. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
