Flank Steak is such a great cut of meat. I love that it marinades well and cooks quickly on the grill. I often double the amount of marinade and throw an extra piece of flank steak in a freezer safe bag with marinade. That way as it is defrosting the marinade seeps in perfectly. Its a great way to save time and have a meal ready effortlessly for another day. This is a marinade I have used for a very long time but decided to change it up a bit by adding a flavorful sauce. Its a great way to make the dish seem extra fancy without too much extra work. This would be a great New Year’s meal for a nice, dinner party.
