Now, let’s talk about a dessert that is much more sophisticated than a candy bar. I can pass on candy all day long, but you serve me a piece of this Pumpkin Bread Pudding and I will be in Halloween Heaven! I actually had this bread pudding for my birthday and it made me speechless. It was everything I’ve ever wanted in a dessert, especially this time of year. Moist, soft bread pudding, a hint of pumpkin, warm spices, all smothered in a caramel syrup and candied nuts. Ah, man! My mouth is watering just remembering how great it was.
