This recipe is not even a recipe, it’s a series of SIMPLE steps that creates such a tiny, cute and petite dessert that’s perfect for any gathering. I love to make these for baby showers, for appetizer parties or any time I need to take an Oreo and kick it up a notch for a simple dessert.
This recipe couldn’t get any easier and the thin I love about it is that it uses Thrive’s freeze dried raspberries. Raspberries are expensive and often too soft or juicy to add to a whipped cream. However, if you crush them and use them in frostings or in whipped cream it makes the perfect texture and adds a lot of flavor and pizazz! Next time you need a simple dessert, give these little treats a try.
Also, don’t forget to stock up on Thrive’s berries while they are on sale this month!
