I know I have mentioned before, but one of my favorite Food Channel shows is definitely The Sandwich King. I am a sucker for a new sandwich recipe and the other day we found one of my new favorite recipes from this show. These Louisiana Chicken Sandwiches are the bomb!!! They are spicy, flavorful, easy to prepare and the cajun ranch dressing is AMAZING. These are perfect for a quick summer’s night meal that won’t heat up your kitchen.
